My husband and I booked in for 2 x 90 de-stress massages which had to be cancelled and rebooked due to covid staffing issues (completely understandable), however when we arrived to our new appointment the lady we spoke to origibly only rebooked us for a 60 minute treatment. They kindly offered a 15% discount due to the error which we accepted. Before booking the massage my husband mentioned that we require a therapist who can deliver a deep pressure massage, what we received was quite a light pressured massage with basically no time spent in the areas of concern. Neither of our necks were barely touched, not one knot was kneaded. We paid good money and walked out feeling the exact same. Quite disappointed. We will not be returning customers. bsolutely beautiful building and treatment rooms, staff were also very attentive.

I usually love beauty on rose however I felt my experience today getting my eyebrows wax was not value for my money. There are still a few big hairs left (only noticed when I got home). Felt it was very quick and not a thorough job for $22. I do also think it is a bit extreme that an eyebrow tidy up is $22 as this is very expensive for such a quick simple service.

My daughter booked and paid for the pedicure for herself and her bridesmaids snd I feel it would have been nice to get some recognition with a bottle of champagne to share with the girls. And make it feel more special rather than a glass of water or tea. Just a small token especially when we spend so much money at Beauty on Rose. My daughter and I have been coming here for many years.

Hi Team Close to 2hrs to remove shellac from hands and toes Was a little too long. Team member needs further training, not enough cotton wool and acetone applied Hence the time, had to file shellac off. Cost a little expensive for not so experienced staff Thank You

The team are extremely friendly and I felt instantly welcome when I walked in. The person doing my service however wasn’t overly friendly at all. She barely asked anything about me and I felt quite uncomfortable despite trying to make conversation myself. I was a couple of minutes late which I apologised for and as I have only been here 2 times I did not realise there was client parking to make it quicker for my to find a park. I didn’t realise the brow wax I received did not include a tint. My wax was very quick and I was told I probably could have got the tidy instead of the brow sculpt so I assumed she might have a little extra time to add a tint on top seeing as though the wax was so quick. The lady said she did not have time which I was completely okay with, so I went to the reception to see if someone else could fit me in that day. They squeezed me in straight away with the same lady which was a little awkward as she denied initially. When I got home I noticed there were multiple areas around my brow she had missed waxing and the tint was a little uneven and not to my liking. I tried to speak up and say I would like to have the tint reshaped on my eyebrows but I was told it wouldn’t stick to my skin if there was no hair there. I didn’t really want to try any further as I felt she wanted to move on and wasn’t really giving me any alternatives. Overall I felt the price didn’t really reflect the results I received but I will definitely look into another beautician from the same place as I have previously had a good experience here.

While the overall environment was lovely and relaxing, I didn’t feel that my session hit the spot for me. Unfortunately, the message missed the right pressure and attention given to each area at the right amount of time.
