Always treated very well by staff. Normally I would see one if the more experienced therapist but she wasn’t available tonight so I just went with whomever was available. She was a nice girl but quite inexperienced I would say. Just feel the price I paid should have been reduced based on skill of therapist. Maybe something the salon should offer. Happy to pay less to help out the less experienced staff so they can better their skills. Overall though the prices are extremely excessive. Paid $160 for a very basic facial

I feel like I didn’t get the value for money for this experience. I booked a Vitality treatment using the Vichy bath/shower and it didn’t work. The water was cold & it only came out from the middle & not all angles. The girl looking after me was magnificent & it certainly was not her fault that the Vichy shower was clearly faulty. The Vichy treatment has declined since 9 years ago when I had them regularly.

I treated my daughter for her birthday to a deluxe pedicure and manicure. It was a mother-daughter bonding session. I have never had a manicure or pedicure at Beauty on Rose before so I didn't know what to expect but I knew it should be great for the price they charge. I was surprised that the manicure did not even include a quick massage pre or post shellac. Actually my hands were not even immersed in water at any stage. For a manicure that cost double what I usually pay it was most disappointing and I certainly would not return for that treatment. As for the deluxe pedicure, I was confused how the staff just up and left during the treatment only to have someone else come and finish off. I was then told I was finished but I hadn't even received a massage. By the time the staff sorted out who had done what and what they forgot to do, I was pretty much over it and just wanted to get out of there. I was appalled at the cost of the deluxe pedicure and the service I got for my money. Overall, I love the environment and I can't fault it. I guess that's what you are paying for but I certainly would not be returning for a manicure or pedicure anytime soon.

I have had many massages at Beauty on Rose and they have always been amazing. This massage wasn’t up to your usual standard. Not as thorough as usual, nor as professional. Towards the end just seemed as though the rest of the body was rushed through and was then trying to waste time by doing the same thing/area for a long time (scalp massage went for far too long as did chest area when neck wasn’t done at all)
