Hi, its been a while since I had a pedicure so decided a birthday month pedicure was the go. I have been coming for years to BOR. I found the pedicure lacking as it took 35 minutes for a deluxe pedicure. That was disappointing as the pamper for an hour is what it has always been about. The staff member (sorry i haven't had her before so didn't catch her name) was lovely. Its the duration of way less than an hour that was disappointing. Jo is always great with eye brows etc, that never changes so always rely on Jo. Just giving the feedback as it was too short a service for the pedicure.
