Disappointed with the last 2 pedicures I have had at Beauty on Rose Not even a week later and the polish has chipped, also the girl filed my nails to low and actually filed my skin which caused a blister on my toe Not sure i will be back unless I can be assured I have an experienced beautician

Float tank temp was a little too cool today and not being able to turn off the light in the float tank takes away from the sensory deprivation experience.

This is the second time I’ve had my nails done. The therapist was lovely but my nails don’t look great. I don’t think there was enough product used or the product has gone clugy as I can see streaks and patches of solid colour as well as transparent areas on the various nails but every nail looks streaky. Thank you.

I’m a regular customer but I wasn’t happy with my eyebrow tint today. I asked for a medium brown which I normally get but they seem way darker than usually and have come home to scrub them back as they look ridiculous. The girl also asked me what colour I wanted my lashes and brows and I told her medium brown. The treatment also seemed to take a very long time today I thought usually it was about 40 mins but today took 50 for brow and lash tint and brow and lip wax. I’ll return but don’t feel that my therapist today was as good as normal.

I was left disappointed today. Usually I rave about you to family and friends. For my birthday this month I asked just for money to spend at Beauty on Rose. I booked 20min sauna, float and massage package and the heel pedi. Upon arrival the lovely young lady greeted me and took me to the room. She told me she would come back for me and take me to the float room after my time was up. I kept an eye on my timer and when it was done got into my robe ready for the knock on the door. It never came. I thought she must have got busy and forgotten me so I stood in the doorway. After ten minutes standing around I decided to go to the toilet and hoped someone would come looking for me. After using the bathroom I saw someone and said I was waiting to go to my float. The original lady then came and apologised and said she was trying to get the tank and computer to talk to each other and for me to wait. She was absolutely lovely but I did feel a bit upset that I’d had to seek out what was going on. It’s not very nice standing around in a robe, feeling like you’ve been forgotten. Not long after I was told the tank wasn’t working with the computer so it wasn’t safe to use it. I was offered the shower in the room and told the rest of my bookings would move up. I had particularly wanted to do the float the most and was really disappointed. I did have to wait about 25 min before my massage. In this time I considered going home. The massage and pedi was beautiful and the young lady that did those made me feel glad I hadn’t left. I was offered an extra 10min massage and 10% off. I actually had booked it all at once to make use of my 20% birthday voucher. I understand it was out of their control today but I do feel being left standing in the sauna room and needing to seek out an explanation of what was happening wasn’t fair. I also wasn’t happy about waiting around when I was supposed to be doing the float. Rather than leave me waiting, maybe longer time in the sauna could have been offered or even something else. I did make special arrangements to come in today and do a big “spa day”. I wish I could have come away as happy with my experience as I thought I would. I would like to add that my massage therapist who also did my pedi was wonderful.
