As a long time client of Beauty on Rose I am very disappointed by the introduction of the AI receptionist. It is most infuriating not being able to speak to a human being, ask questions, book something that suits and then call to change a booking easily. AI is not intelligent when in a customer service role. I think it will be detrimental to your business. I would also like to point out that the link texted to me for a deposit payment after making a booking was an insecure link and hence no card details were given.
