Morning Beauty on Rose, Your staff products and services are amazing, but Saturday was one of the most disappointing experience i have ever had.....I had brought back a product that i had purchased pre covid and didn't work I had forgot about it as I had placed it in a draw, I found it and decided to bring it in to the salon and see if one of the girls could get it to work so I could finally use the product I had purchased. After my waxing I came out and asked the girls how they went, they apologized and said sorry we cant fix it I than asked can I get a replacement as its never work the person behind the counter said no as its to old.....I than asked to see the manager she came down and also said no we we will not replacement it and insisted I ring the manufacture. I asked if she could and she replied yes so now i"m waiting to her back from her hopefully Tuesday. Can I please finally say not at any stage did I won't my money back I just want a product that works and even though the signage has rubbed of and its a year old you can quite clearly see none of the product has been used because it doesn't work.
