The beautician Linh was professional & friendly The issue is I felt for the cost $219 I felt the treatment was not intense enough The demo was light & the other treatments such as blackhead removal was not thorough I feel I've got more blackheads to remove.

I got a full leg wax. Really upsetting the bottom half of my leg was not smooth, it was still prickly, seemed the waxed may have only ripped half the hair follicle off. I had told my lady that I came to beauty on rose for a wax bc I knew they’d do a good job because when I’ve gone to nail salons for wax’s my legs are always left prickly and the same thing happened here… really upsetting cause it was expensive. I got a wax because I wanted to avoid shaving whilst on my holiday and now I’ll need to shave. I only noticed when I got home but as I was going overseas I couldn’t go back and I was too shy to call.

There was no music playing in the room which made it less relaxing. The therapist left the room to ask for the music to be played but still no music. Also I was booked in at 1 but didn’t get called in until 1.10 (the therapist apologized for running late) but my 90 minute booking still finished at 2.30

I have been visiting BoR for a facial once or twice per year for approx 10 years now. I feel like every time I visit I start from scratch describing my skin, what works and what doesn't work and in particular what I'm allergic too. I would expect that these details would be on my file and clearly visible to any therapist. The treatment is wonderful and the therapist super helpful but some considered attention would be lifting it to a level commensurate with the cost.

I had the deluxe rose manicure, while the staff and her work was lovely, I was very disappointed that the colour of SNS I chose was clogged/dried out, I was told to choose another colour, beauty on rose didn't have extra stock of available colours and there were no other golds to choose from. I now have a pink gold metallic colour on my nails that will not go with my dress as I had planned for a Wedding in two days. The colours to choose were dirty and old, and left an impression they had not be stocked for quite some time. The nail room is needing a modern update, the all black interior highlights everything that isn't clean and the crystals hanging in the centre of the room are a tangled mess. For the cost of a up market beauty place I did expect more for the stock, room and equipment. Not to mention the staff trying to find an ultra violet light that worked. The staff member was lovely, very professional and did a good job of my nails with the equipment and limited resources available to them.
