I had booked a makeup application appointment for myself and my friend, I called on the Friday to confirm the appointment which was what we had booked which was correct, however they called my friend on the Saturday to confirm the appointment on the Saturday for an earlier time. They did not specify that the times needed to be moved earlier and did not inform myself the organiser of the appointments that they needed these moved earlier. Therefore called us to inform us we were late for our appointment, and upon arrival stating they would see what they could do for us because we were late. We were not well informed that the appointments needed to be moved earlier and were disappointed that they did not try to achieve maximum results and the service seemed rushed so they could finish up by close of business.

Hi the 2 treatments I got where amazing and felt great. I just feel when I am getting a facial the therapist should be wearing a mask as I could feel her breath on my face. I wouldn’t expect it for the massage but with a facial both faces are very close together, I would feel more comfortable if the therapist had a mask on during the facial.

I told the lady I wanted a natural glow nothing too dark or anything that goes orange. She assured me that she would match to my skin colour (I am extremly white). Not only did it go orange she did not do my fingers, it is patchy, orange and did not do the tan under my bottom. It is uneven and the pictures of what I sent is what my feet and legs look like as well. I wanted to look nice and refreshed for Christmas Day but was left looking and feeling like an orange. My other feed backs are always great I get my waxing and facial there all the time. Unfortunately I don’t think I will get a tan again. The girl was lovely great service from all the girls there like always but as far as telling me what I should do the girl told me to shower after 6 hours and the lady at the front desk said the day later.

The beauty therapist was lovely, the treatment was good. I didn’t receive any advice, I didn’t ask for any. I did mention that I had to be in the other side of town, but I had ample time to get there. I was under the impression that my appointment was to be an hour, I was finished in less than 40 minutes.

I am usually thrilled by the service of any BoR therapist, especially when I have appointments at the end of a busy working day. Even waxing feels like a pampering. Last night was a little different. I think the pressure applied to holding my head was too firm and not so gentle as other experiences. I also wasn't asked about clean up or how I wanted my eyebrows shaped. I love BoR and I know this is an isolated experience. I look forward to my next visit. Thank you

I really enjoy services at the salon, however today I was disappointed by the massage it felt rushed, inconsistent, and not a relaxing experience that I am used to at your salon. I look forward to my next treatment and Hope feedback can be provided to therapist for improvement
