Staff greeted me enthusiastically and whilst waiting for my appointment had a lovely chat with one member of staff who provided me with some useful information re. laser treatment. My waxing technician was bubbly and obviously loved her job. However my experience this time left me a little disappointed (and sore). She didn’t put any paper down on the bed; perhaps this is new protocol. I’m hoping it was cleaned well prior to me going in. And, whilst my upper thighs are a little ‘flabby’, i experienced a little pain when she was tearing the wax off and have been left with a couple of bruises which hasn’t happened before. I was unsure about sending this feedback as all my experiences over the years have been positive, but hopefully this is constructive. As I said, her disposition was fantastic, just technically, may need some refinement
