We were a party of two. Leg wax was not completely smooth. Eyebrow dye was too dark and was used in spots with no hair. Very unhappy with the eyebrows.

The Vichy shower was disappointing. It was just a dribble of water down the middle of my body. Having to sit up while the poor girl had to stretch over to exfoliate by back and arms wasn't conducive to relaxation. In saying that, the girl I had made me feel comfortable the entire time.

I love Beauty in Rose and frequent it often. Due to this, overtime you begin to unfortunately notice inconsistencies, if they exist. When using the sauna there has been multiple instances where it has not been turned on. As a result the heating can take time, especially if not yet used, and the benefits delayed. Additionally with the mixed packages, specifically the sauna and massage,I wwould suggest that if we,the customer are to wait, sometimes 10-15mins past the allocated appointment start time, hence entering the sauna later, that this is passed onto the masseuse. Not their fault. A few times I've had to cut short the 45mins sauna time paid. My recent visit eventuated in the sauna not set or on. Luckily I knew how to work it but I was expected to set the time, temperature etc and the 45mins of course...to then have the door knocked on multiple times for me to get out before my expected time was up. Another time the fluorescent light was left on and there has also been times where there has been no b9x for me to put my belong8ngs and clothes in when going to my next treatment. Overall, I still love coming and will continue to do so. I also hope this feedback is not taken as a negative. Your staff are always friendly, courteous ansld professional.
