Everything was great as usual but ruined at the end. So I’m super confused as your rules don’t make sense. My husband purchased me a gift card for Mother’s Day he paid $150 to received $150 card no discount no benefits. Yet tonight I booked because of your 30% off & couldn’t use it. I understand if he paid say $100 to receive the $150 card but he did not. The voucher is to be treated like cash if I loose it yet I try to use it for a treatment & if I want the discount I pay again. Then I have to use my card another time. Which I will do but your rule actually makes no sense. If I go to Myers’s & buy something on sale with a discount I can use a gift card. After such a great service it was ruined by that rule which I was never told in the 2 times I called & the girls were lovely just follow the rules. My husband or friends who normally purchase me gift cards from your business won’t do that again since they cause restrictions. Sorry to have to write this but this doesn’t make sense. Lucky I had a card on my phone .

My skin feels amazing after my facial but I feel it was a bit rushed. I was in and out within 30 mins but my booking said the treatment would go for 40 mins. For this, I think it’s a tad overpriced for a 30 min facial.

The environment and setting was gorgeous and my therapist was wonderful! I just felt for the price and the fact that you have the facilities that instead of waiting for 15 mins at reception that we could have been taken through, given a robe to change into, offered a tea or water and sit in the lounge area near the bathrooms to complete our paperwork. Once done and reviewed then we could be taken through. Also at the end of the massage, again although offered a tea we were hurried to re-dress and walked straight out to pay. I think an additional 10 mins to come down from the relaxation of the treatment would have felt like a better way to end the experience. Overall it was wonderful honestly and I cannot fault the therapist or the massage itself. But I believe these tiny additional touches will elevate the experience and ensure the client feels like they’ve been really taken care of from the moment they entire your facility to the moment they step out.

Sauna was a bit cold. Was set to 70 degrees but never got above 50. Bit disappointing.
