The areas are a little old and worn In my room the bin lid was broken, the floor towel was stained and their was damage on the wall. The service of staff is exceptional but i think a face lift could be helpful. The actual float experience was wonderful, just a few small attention to detail needed. Thanks

I received a 20% discount as my appointment was double booked. While I do appreciate this, if I had cancelled 3 hours before, how much would I have been charged? I think more than 20%.

I booked this treatment for my mum on her birthday as I had recently had the same facial weeks prior and it was amazing. One of the main reasons we enjoy your services is because of the level of detail and care, such as the heated bed and nice warm velvet blankets on the beauty tables. I really wanted my mum to experience this however she told me that there was no blanket or heated bed during the facial. I know this may seem like a small detail, however we have both experienced it before and it’s one of the main reasons we continue to come to BON as it’s a point of difference amongst other salons. We also travel a fair way to come to your salon, (from research - over 40 mins) for this very reason, so it was quite disappointing to know that she didn’t get the same level of service.

The therapist was very professional and friendly. Made the time go quickly. She was great at what she did. I felt very relaxed at the end of the session. Well done!
