Holly is a highly skilled beautician who takes pride in her work, makes a vulnerable waxing position feel safe, is pro social and invites feedback to check that her service has covered expectations. There is both an ease and a strong sense of professionalism with her approach, and she takes care during any procedure. Her careful attention is her greatest feature, as I always walk away feeling she has gone back to check over her work so that nothing has been missed. She is the epitome of what is expected at BOR.
