I brought my 5 month old with me and the dear little thing decided he wasn't happy about it- completely innaportoate setting for a crying baby I am so so sorry. If anyone complains I'm happy to donate credit note as I appreciate it's not the environment to hear crying Bub. The lady who did my brows was amazing and so kind, another lady was also incredible and calmed him. Service was impeccable in spite of it being terrible on my part. I really appreciate the kind treatment and assistance!

I was disappointed with the body treatment. I expected to experience a luxurious and rich skin feel at the end of the treatment. I was also hoping to just slip into my evening dress for my black tie event but that was not possible with all the dead skin left on my skin. I had to shower at home to wash away the peel, the product build up. In hindsight, I wish I hadn’t done the facial at the same time as the body treatment. There was a bit of overlapping and doubling up of services. I am only providing this feedback as constructive criticism and not as an angry, hateful customer. I will be back. All the best.

I spoke with the front desk following my appointment to provide some feedback. Whilst the therapist was a lovely person, the service was not to the standard or quality I have received previously. I was very unhappy with the overall experience ant the time and ended up with a sore neck and shoulders afterward.
