I haven’t been to Beauty on Rose for a number of years but my late husband purchased a gift voucher for me prior to his passing and due to many reasons haven’t been unable to use until now. All I can say is a big thank you to Holly for my facial and look forward to returning for a follow up in January.

I have been attending Beauty on Rose from when salon first opened in Rose Street, with absences due to living overseas for 7 years. The salon in Keilor Road is spectacular, the service is always first rate and Fiona is wonderful as are all the staff.

If I could rate beauty on rose higher I would, Fiona told me what she was doing at every step which was great. Couldn’t ask for better treatment Thank you Fiona for a great facial and massage

I was asked to come in 20 minutes early and I still ended up waiting 10 minutes. Before I've been asked if I wanted a drink and the girls have a chat. Now it feels impersonal. The eyebrow tidy was changed to an eyebrow sculpt but that request wasn't put through the chain of communication so I ended up having an eyebrow tidy where my eyebrows ended up uneven and one much shorter than the other (which luckily others don't notice but I notice). I dont think it was entirely the beautician's fault. I think the room is too small to be able to do an accurate job. However I do think she rushed a little; she tried to pull the wax off while it was still wet on my bikini line. Every time I've had my underarms waxed, the beautician pulled out the stragglers with tweezers. Because she didn't do that, I spent 20 minutes in my bathroom doing it myself. At the time I was content because she was very good at chatting and made me feel comfortable but at the end of the day I wasn't happy with the job. Also there are heaps of stragglers on my bikini line. I dont appreciate the lack of attention to detail. But the lash tint went well and happy with my lashes. What you guys are good at is making people feel relaxed during massages and other relaxing treatments. I've been going to you for 2 years for that. I just want to make it clear that I liked my beautician but she might need more training and beauty on rose seems impersonal now. I booked quite a while in advance and I chatted to 3 separate people with regard to my booking and when I showed up the girl behind the counter told me that "insert name here" will be with me in just a minute, and I ended up having another beautician so just shows a bit of a lack of professionalism. Like the left hand doesn't know what the right hand is doing. I was planning on getting everything done with you guys for my wedding but I've had to reasses that decision.
