Was very disappointed in the service - the facial itself was great, but I was left with part of my eyebrow taken off from the razor. So angry and upset, the therapist said I moved which i dont believe i did. it was not until i got home as there is no mirrors in treatment room i was able to see how bad it was. I have a wedding in 3 days time and now i have part of my eyebrow missing. very annoyed for the price i paid. wasnt even offered anything to say sorry for what had happened.

Berfin is an amazing beauty therapist and I always leave with fantastic results! I have also been coming to beauty on rose since I was 12 and I am now 32. Never once been disappointed

Both the lady and the counter and Berfin provided a gold class experience. The facial, customer service and overall ambience in the store was of top quality. I can’t wait to be back.

The team at Beauty on Rose are always great to deal with! Super friendly and professional. I have been getting my facials done here for about a year and a half and the advice and care that I've received has been fantastic, and my skin has never felt better. They really take the time to tailor the products and procedures to your individual concerns and so I feel cared for rather than like they're just going through the motions.
