I came in for a massage with Killey. She was lovely and well mannered however she did not listen to my concern. I stressed afew times that my neck,shoulders and back were very tense and knotted. She spent most of the time on my legs and arms which actually needed no treatment at all. I left in the same condition and the next day I still had the same tension. I have had many massages at beauty on rose and they have all been excellent. The girls usually tell me that they will concentrate mostly on my back and shoulders as they are attentive to the reason that I come in for. My feed back is for constructive reasons only. Killey was professional on other levels such as making me feel comfortable and generally being nice. Regards Chris ArvanitIs

My daughter and I visit Beauty on Rose regularly and always have a super positive experience. You always get a friendly, warm greeting on approach. Sandy does our waxing, as well as being excellent at what she does she is the loveliest person, and we always look forward to (rather than dread) our appointment. Couldn't rate our experiences any more highly :)
