Before wax, the beautician should ensure for the client to move the chair to stretch legs out prior to wax (im a tall person). Because the skin wasn’t stretched and I wasn’t in a comfortable position the waxing really hurt. Apart from that the product of the wax is very good and the beautician was nice.
