I am a regular customer on beauty on rose. Although it it a bit expensive, the experience has generally been good until my last visit. Rebecca, who attended me lacked basic communication skills. Her service was ok but since she couldn’t communicate with me what she was going to do properly before the treatment, I felt like I had to ask the basics she should have explained before the treatment. The worst one was after the treatment before we ( my daughter and I) left she started talking to my daughter about me and my treatment referring to me as the third person while I was next to her. This is against the basic communication skills. You don’t refer to someone as the third person as if ther are not there in their presence. She only started talking to me after my I said hello I am here. I found this very disrespectful and I was very upset. I was thinking of calling their manager but I got a message for feedback which I am doing now.

I had a manicure and pedicure with Alana - it was a lovely experience and one I hope to repeat soon. All the staff at Beauty on Rose are exceptional and their attention to detail especially Taylor is second to none. Looking forward to returning soon

I’ve been coming to Beauty on Rose for over 20 years always professional service has always been amazing love how the girls when having a facial never leave you and will massage yours hands head or shoulders. Love this place and I’m so happy everyone is back
