I told the lady I wanted a natural glow nothing too dark or anything that goes orange. She assured me that she would match to my skin colour (I am extremly white). Not only did it go orange she did not do my fingers, it is patchy, orange and did not do the tan under my bottom. It is uneven and the pictures of what I sent is what my feet and legs look like as well. I wanted to look nice and refreshed for Christmas Day but was left looking and feeling like an orange. My other feed backs are always great I get my waxing and facial there all the time. Unfortunately I don’t think I will get a tan again. The girl was lovely great service from all the girls there like always but as far as telling me what I should do the girl told me to shower after 6 hours and the lady at the front desk said the day later.

Gayle who provides customer service in the showroom is worth her weight in gold. She offers personal service, knows ALL the products and offers both practical and creative ideas. She is patient, and is tuned into what might be possible options; she is not just selling, she is aligning with making the purchase experience wonderfully pleasant. The beauticians I have had over the past several months - Berfin and Holly are excellent at their work and have glorious attention to detail, which is a relief as customer service seems to have dropped off significantly in most shopping and service experiences. Staff care about what you need and how you feel - they double check if standards are met and they do all of this with a genuine smile. Lastly, it is such a beautiful space to be - luxurious and feminine. Thank you BOR team xx
