I am a return customer, the treatment rooms they are not as clean as what I have expected them to be, they should be pristine - I look for hygiene and its why I have chosen your business - the treatments are very good the service is great the staff are friendly, but the rooms need to be at a better standard. Also the use of the paper on the treatment tables makes the experience negative to be honest, there must be a better alternative to sitting on butcher paper on a slippery treatment table - its a safety hazard as well. You have a great business, but there needs to be a review. Its a minor tweak; to a fabulous business in my view.

I’ve been going to Beauty on Rose for years and they just get better and better. The staff are always smiling and are incredibly helpful and professional. It’s truly an indulgence no matter what I’m having done. I consider myself fortunate to have such an indulgent, full service salon just around the corner.

Renovations of some sort underway so maybe that’s why the vibe was slightly amiss-just the way your own routine can be thrown out when there’s big changes underway. Very refreshing and relaxing experience recently. Very pleasant and helpful ladies. Bonus having the onsite parking, which makes the whole experience much more enjoyable.
