Excellent service from the time l entered till leaving. All Staff amazing and so willing to help. My massage was performed by Laura and the experience was one of the best l have ever had.

I finally used a voucher I was gifted some time ago. It included a 45 minute massage and 45 minute facial. The service right from entering is just fantastic. The venue is just divine and the treatment is the best I've ever had. Laura was so amazing, she was very professional and caring throughout the entire time. Definitely recommend!

Holly is a highly skilled beautician who takes pride in her work, makes a vulnerable waxing position feel safe, is pro social and invites feedback to check that her service has covered expectations. There is both an ease and a strong sense of professionalism with her approach, and she takes care during any procedure. Her careful attention is her greatest feature, as I always walk away feeling she has gone back to check over her work so that nothing has been missed. She is the epitome of what is expected at BOR.

My appointment was 15 minutes late and finished early. I went in at 5:45pm, my facial started at 5:50pm and was finished by 6:13pm. It’s disappointing when you pay for a service which is supposed to be for 40 minutes and feels rushed and does not go for the time allocated to the treatment. I have been coming to beauty on rose for years and this is my first negative experience. Just was not relaxing to feel rushed. I’m saying that, the therapist was lovely.
