I had a different beautician for my facial, she was lovely, however, it was a totally different experience then I am used to. She rubbed this stuff on my arms (yes, calling it stuff) because if felt like KY Gel (Catherine, will laugh about that) and she had to wipe it off due to the fact that it was sticky (felt revolting) - I also had to come home after purchasing SOS and apply that to my face, as my face had soaked up the gel that was applied, which I have never had to do in the past. I also didn't have an eye cream applied, which Berfin usually does. My eyes feel like they have sand in them because the air applicator was going into my eyes, even though they were closed. My skin is usually clear after a treatment, its blotchy. If this was my first skin elixir facial, I would never come back. Any feedback, is good feedback. Sorry I never give negative feedback, but you are only as good as the information you are provided.

Loved my facial as usual. I was impressed that I got a call well before my appointment to advise that Berfin was running a little late- I appreciated that and think it went above the usual standards for appointments I’ve had elsewhere

Everything was great as usual but ruined at the end. So I’m super confused as your rules don’t make sense. My husband purchased me a gift card for Mother’s Day he paid $150 to received $150 card no discount no benefits. Yet tonight I booked because of your 30% off & couldn’t use it. I understand if he paid say $100 to receive the $150 card but he did not. The voucher is to be treated like cash if I loose it yet I try to use it for a treatment & if I want the discount I pay again. Then I have to use my card another time. Which I will do but your rule actually makes no sense. If I go to Myers’s & buy something on sale with a discount I can use a gift card. After such a great service it was ruined by that rule which I was never told in the 2 times I called & the girls were lovely just follow the rules. My husband or friends who normally purchase me gift cards from your business won’t do that again since they cause restrictions. Sorry to have to write this but this doesn’t make sense. Lucky I had a card on my phone .
