The service provided by the Beauty Therapist was excellent, the disappointing factor was the Reception Personnel who were clearly under pressure. Instead of handling this pressure it was reflected towards the customers. One blonde receptionist in particular was quite abrupt and “crabby” which was off putting and unlike the usual staff who are very pleasant. This made me feel very uncomfortable and was a bad reflection on Beauty in Rose. The reason I have not left my contact details is that I am a regular client and after behaviour today , I am not willing for my feedback to be attached to my name. These girls were very angry a fellow member was not able to attend work today and instead of keeping this issue private, it was made known just how angry and under pressure they felt to all including customers in ear shot which was very unprofessional.
