The massage was outstanding however I feel I did not get my full 90 minutes. My appointment was for 12:50 but I was not taken into the room until almost 1pm. By the time I undressed and the massage started it was another 5 minutes and the massage was finished at 1:20. For $190 I would hope to get the allocated 90 minutes.

Really appreciate the friendly and welcoming service- when I mentioned to the lady who did Isabel’s legs that last time she has had hair breakage, and would really appreciate it if she could ensure the hair wa spilled from the roots, she was very understanding and mentioned how she would attempt to ensure it’s done well. It’s refreshing to feel that there is understanding and attention. The only suggestion is that the black sofas both in the main area and the corridors are beginning to look very dirty and unkept, needing a good clean. Thanks so much for the great service!

Having a deluxe experience, & having done so before, a cup of tea (or generally at least 2!) is enjoyable. Nowadays with plenty of long life milk available, it was very surprising that there was no milk for the cuppa. Minor probably but it did decrease the relaxation.
