Sauna for 45 mins provided a peaceful time to clear the mind and effectively warmed the body to relieve neck and shoulder tension. Everything provided for a refreshing shower - towels, robe, slippers, body wash, shampoo & conditioner. Massage therapist had rough/prickly forearms, so it was an unpleasant distraction from a relaxing massage. Facial was very luxurious and soothing, my skin was glowing and hydrated.
