I had Emma as my therapist and she was amazing. She listened to what I needed, targeted the sore areas during the massage while using the right amount of pressure. I felt like I was floating once she was finished. My facial was extremely relaxing, the head massage nearly put me to sleep and my skin was left hydrated and feeling fresh. I left the salon feeling light, dewy and like a new person. Thank you Emma and thank you Beauty on Rose for making my first visit to you so warm and relaxing. I will be back!

Incredibly unhappy with the service provided. At the end of the appointment as I asked for some stray hairs to be removed from my eyebrows I was told “generally clients don’t have this much hair for this appointment type” what an awful comment to be made especially considering I have been coming to beauty on rose for my eyebrows for years under the same appointment booking however with a different employee (Yam who is incredible and is deeply missed while on holidays!). I will never recommend Hannah to anyone. I walked out feeling awful about myself.

I am usually thrilled by the service of any BoR therapist, especially when I have appointments at the end of a busy working day. Even waxing feels like a pampering. Last night was a little different. I think the pressure applied to holding my head was too firm and not so gentle as other experiences. I also wasn't asked about clean up or how I wanted my eyebrows shaped. I love BoR and I know this is an isolated experience. I look forward to my next visit. Thank you
