As I hadn’t had a facial and more elderly than younger clients. Perhaps it’s a nice idea to warn clients to bring in a comb and some make up .I was going to go and pick up a couple of things on way home. But with greasy hair and no make up I didn’t feel right to do so.. I’m not complaining about what I had or the lovely girl who looked after me. Just a thought Kay

Jo is lovely, always happy, professional and really knows her stuff. Regardless of what I’m having done, it’s always a pleasant experience.

When you roll over onto your back during the massage I would have liked a pillow as the massage table hole is very uncomfortable. Also I was offered some water after the session. Very awkward walking out with a glass, probably better if the guests can sit while they drink water

I have had many massages at Beauty on Rose and they have always been amazing. This massage wasn’t up to your usual standard. Not as thorough as usual, nor as professional. Towards the end just seemed as though the rest of the body was rushed through and was then trying to waste time by doing the same thing/area for a long time (scalp massage went for far too long as did chest area when neck wasn’t done at all)

The massages are usually wonderful, although this one was not the best. The therapist got to my head too early after not giving my arms very much attention. She stayed on the one spot on my head for what felt like a very long time, even to the point that I had to ask her to do something else as it was getting quite frustrating and unpleasant.
