The service was ok. I had some microdermabrasion, I have an uneven treatment. One side of my face was treated different to the other. I had infront of my right ear done but not the left, not under my chin and not even on my jaw line.During my shoulder massage it wasn't painful at the time but my god are my shoulders painful now. With my scalp massage I had my hair pulled to the point it hurt and have a headach. My scalp massage was also in the same spot not all over. e.I also dislike being pushed for products after treatment it just ruins the experience. I love this salon I have been coming here since it moved from Monnee Ponds. I ask politely to not be booked with the same beautician as it's not the first time I have been unsatisfied with service.

First time client here. I must say that the environment is a topnotch! Relaxing and well-designed envt. Quality of massage is 10/10. I am very particular with massage ratings, but this is one of the best I had! The facial was a super too. I think I was reborn. Anyway, just a little concern with the total time of each services online seems not being followed accurately. I’m not sure if their online services is updated. My massage as per online should be 40min, and facial is 40min = 1Hr and 20min total. Apparent my therapist said that my massage is only 30min. Also, my clock saya that I have spent only 1hour for both services. Anyway that’s okay. The quality outweighs it! Will recommend!
