AS SOON AS I ENTERED, I WAS GREETED AND ASKED IF I WOULD LIKE A HOT OR COLD DRINK. STAFF WERE HELPFUL AND ATTENTIVE. THE PRODUCT RANGE WAS GREAT AND STORE BRAND PRODUCT WAS ON SALE. THE SALON/STORE ALWAYS LOOKS CLEAN AND INVITING AS WELL AS A LITTLE LUXURIOUS. BERFIN, MY CONSULTANT, WAS LOVELY AND PUT ME AT EASE, AS WELL, SHE GAVE ME GOOD ADVICE REGARDING MY SKIN AND TREATMENT.

Staff were lovely and offered a discount due to noise level and some things that happened, that was unexpected and appreciated. Our group also got lovey bubbles for after our massage and not the cheap stuff! a lovely bottle of chandon, overall very impressed- and of course the massage was fabulous too.

Such an amazing treatment and overall experience! My therapist was Chelsea and she was very friendly and professional. She happily answered all my questions and queries that came to mind. At the end I was asking about the defy products as I was due for new skin care and she went above and beyond to help me, I bought all five products along with booking my next facial with her in 4 weeks time. Today I woke up feeling absolutely renewed and refreshed! The receptionist was also very lovely and helpful! Great team at BOR, cannot wait for my next appointment! :)
