I had the best experience with berfin as always! I come in 2-3 times a year for a facial and berfin has always been my beauty therapist. She is so experienced, knowledgeable and just absolutely a lovely person. I always leave with a glowing face and my skin feeling absolutely amazing! The head massage was just incredible and the whole experience is just to die for, the absolute best way to treat yourself! recommend beauty on rose to all my friends and family and always buy gift vouchers for birthdays.

I was very much looking forward to this massage experience but sadly was very disappointed. I told the lady about my sensitive skin but the products used on my face left it red, blotchy and sore for days afterwards. I also woke up the next morning barely able to walk as my back was so sore. Normally you are asked what pressure massage you like but I was not asked. The massage was a very hard pressure and hurt quite a lot at the time and for days afterwards. What I was looking forward to the most was the head massage. After such a hard pressure massage on the rest of my body I was expecting the same for my head. However, it only lasted a few minutes and I could barely feel it. I love Beauty on Rose and have been coming here for over 20 years, but I have to say that even with 20% off, this experience was a huge disappointment.
