The service I had today was good but not great. I have had better Pedicure's at Beauty on Rose. I think it does depend upon the staff member you have. I was also a little disappointed about the lack of gift ware available for purchase in the store.

The facial was great but the product has left a big irritation on my right eye

Facial was amazing just a bit disappointed with how long it went for was 50 min facial & my appointment was 12:45 & was out at 1:28 And that included time get shoes & top & Jewellery off

I was greeted well by reception which was great. I was surprised that no staff were wearing face masks!. I was also surprised that staff did not request to see my Covid certificate. The staff member who did my treatment was friendly and chatty! I had waxing done which in my opinion was quite messy. However overall she did a good job.

Lovely place, well set out and it is evident that the owner of the business has observed and thought diligently on how he/she wants the place to run, look and feel. Having experienced hundreds of spa and beauty ctrs from around the world, and being a first time customer to your establishment, my only comment would be that the greeting was lack lustre. One can have the most wonderful of establishments, but if the first introductions isn't positive then it doesn't necessarily create a good 'user' experience.There is an opportunity to capture and educate (upsell) to the customer on the type of services you provide etc and also an opportunity for you to extend the experience. Other than that, it was a great place to visit and i look forward to returning
