Really lovely facility. The float tank was a great experience however the water was far too hot unfortunately. I had to leave the pod open for cool air and had to get out a couple of times to cool down. Would also be great to have a small flannel/towel in the tank (where the neck pillow is) in case water gets in your eyes which is did a lot due to the steam/condensation

My gift voucherFacial was for the 30 minute facial. However several of those minutes was me waiting for beautician to come back into the room. Didn’t like that the sanitary bin is so big, that when you sit on the toilet the side of same touches your skin.

I had a lovely experience, however I did feel like it was a little cool towards the second half of my treatment. I also was not given any skincare advice after my facial.

Thank you for the opportunity to provide feedback. As usual, the environment was exceptional. I was warmly greeted etc. However my appointment started almost 15 minutes late and as a result, it was shorter than usual (I received the Deluxe Rose Pedi) and the massaging of feet/calf's (my favourite part) was about 10 seconds each leg. It seemed I may have been rushed so that the beautician could get her day back on schedule. She was very nice and did a great job of my toes, it just felt quite rushed this time. Hoping for a better experience next time.
