I’m not one to complain but I felt that the massage was pointless and I didn’t feel relaxed at all their was no pressure and the facial was nice but at one stage she was pinch my fave and she had sharp nails which I felt as well . I have had many treatments in my time but this one would have to be my worst.

Very disappointed.My manicure has left me with a infected finger.The beauty therapist when taking off cuticle made my finger bleed.Now it is all inflamed & I will need to visit doctor..I feel it was an expensive manicure with a very unsatisfactory result.

To say the experience was disappointing, would be an understatement! The massage was a “rub down” that turned painful because of the masseuse’s nails digging into skin. The room decor and vibe were lovely but the service experience unfortunately was substandard. Overrated and certainly overpriced!

After my horrible day i thought the massage will be good for me The room was freezing My whole body is as shaking Haven’t been asked if I fee cold or anything The temperature outside was 7c The massager didn’t really try hard I suppose it was already 7pm and she was tired

Was very disappointed in the service - the facial itself was great, but I was left with part of my eyebrow taken off from the razor. So angry and upset, the therapist said I moved which i dont believe i did. it was not until i got home as there is no mirrors in treatment room i was able to see how bad it was. I have a wedding in 3 days time and now i have part of my eyebrow missing. very annoyed for the price i paid. wasnt even offered anything to say sorry for what had happened.

I have been coming to BOR since it was on rose st. Normally I am really happy with the service but today was well below average and quite frankly disappointing. I arrived 10 min late but was not told that my foot scrub would not go ahead because of lateness. I was served by a very junior and inexperienced (trainee) therapist. She cut at least three of my toes with the nail file. Then was surprised I was bleeding asking ‘did you cut yourself?’ To which I replied ‘no - YOU just cut me with the nail file. And now the acetone is burning!’. This was my first try if the heel- Elujah pedi and I was expecting the gauze to be soaked (it was not). The shellac job was very average and then to finish the hit parrafin bag was very roughly handled and splattered all over me and the chair. This was NOT worth original price of $198 - this is a rip off. I am a specialist and my hourly rate is less than this after 5 years in uni followed by 8 years of training and 5 years of PhD! I had a yr 12 student so this today. Also I would recommend not charging for shellac removal - most nail salons do not charge for removal if the client has it done at the same place.
