I came in on Christmas Eve to the ultimate treatment mani & pedi shellac for a wedding The girls involved were so accommodating and went above and beyond to rectify the problems! I gave a 7* because management needs to review the time slot allocations and allow some time for shellac defects. First I had bubbling in my fingered which was fixed, this then made the poor girl rush the rest of the process. Minimal had massage on hand and feet was involved. Then at the final step of my pedicure (when the wax was being removed) just as I was about to go home we noticed 3 toes nails that had smudge and scrap (it was either from wax or when the UV light was being placed on the chair for drying procedure. I was then there for another 40mins for a 2nd lady to soak them off and a 3rd lady to reapply them. The score no way reflects the staff members who did everything to get the issue resolved. The staff seemed very rushed to get to theirs next appointment, I’ve come home and noticed that 1 of the toes that’s was being fixed has no clear top coat shine on it 😩 (not sure if you can see it in the photo I know it was Xmas Eve and they had lots of customers (which was awesome) I just feel when you pay $250 management can allocate some “defect fixing time” especially when shellac is being used, to the appointment.

I often find that comparatively your services are a little more expensive. But that aside, Holly was an absolute delight while providing my service and I would absolutely ask for her for future appointments. Efficient and oh so polite. Lovely customer service approach.

I had a full leg wax and g -string bikini wax. After the therapist had left the room on a quick check I asked to her tom come back and touch up some patches between my legs. She was very polite and efficient.

Had an amazing facial and pedicure - wonderful therapist who was skilled and engaging. However, my relaxation massage was disappointing. That particular therapist didn't seem very practiced and as a result the experience was pretty clunky and underwhelming.

I had a pedicure the treatment itself was great as usual, the technician was also great as usual HOWEVER I was left in the treatment room waiting for someone to take off the parrafin wax for more than 20 minutes which was not great. I know this was a mistake but I guess someone at reception should have realised that I had not left and not paid. My appointment was at 11.10 and I did not leave the salon until 1pm.
