I had a great therapist (Elizabeth)and she was soo welcoming. The issue I had is that there was drilling being done which affected my relaxation. I paid alot of money for this service and I needed it as my father just passed away. The therapist too did not know that construction was occurring. When I told the lady at the reception- she was not too concerned and said there was no construction going on. Both the therapist and myself heard it loud and clear. I was very disappointed that the receptionist did not show any empathy. I am happy to discuss further.
