Chelsea was my Beautician for the first time, I was happier with the outcome and overall experience. The colour and shape of the Eyebrows was perfect, there was no having to tweak myself at home later. It was a relaxing experience which is not always the case, it was also a pleasure to see Taylor and Natasha on the front desk who welcome you in such a friendly manner you are immediately at ease. For a person who struggles with anxiety the treatment I receive is important , I would recommend Beaty on Rose and Chelsea to everyone.
