After losing my beautiful mum 3 weeks ago, I desperately needed a little peace, and I found it at Beauty on Rose in Essendon. From the moment I arrived, every member of the team treated me with kindness, warmth and professionalism. There was a small issue with parking at the beginning of my visit, but it was handled promptly, respectfully and with genuine care, setting the tone for the experience that followed. I was fortunate enough to have Nikki as my therapist, and I simply cannot thank her enough. I experienced a full body massage, facial and red light therapy, but what Nikki gave me went far beyond any treatment. She provided a space where I could simply breathe, rest and begin to heal, if only for a little while. When Nikki learned that my beautiful mum had passed away just three weeks earlier, the compassion and grace with which she composed herself touched me deeply. She treated me with such gentleness, empathy and dignity that I felt truly cared for. It was more than exceptional customer service, it was genuine human kindness at a time when I needed it most. Thank you, Nikki, for your professionalism, your beautiful heart and the comfort you gave me. It is something I will never forget.
