This is the second time I have come in for eyebrow wax and not happy with outcome Still untidy with lots of stray hair. Needed to pluck when I got home.

Had a lash lift done and they were wayyyy to over curled that I could feel them touch my eyelids. I’ve had many lash lifts done at your salon and have been happy mostly but just a little disappointed this time.

Female full leg wax The butcher paper that you had to lie is not a good choice for lower body waxing - it gets stuck to your body very easily, is challenging to move on, and uncomfortable to lie on. The beauty therapist was nice enough, but she was very awkward in her movements and didn't give me an opportunity to check everything was all good before prompting me to get dressed. I had several bits of wax stuck on my skin. If the therapist isn't the talkative type there should at least be music playing, the silence made for an even more awkward experience.

The experience was lovely The receptionist offered me a coffee while l waited, but that never came…never mind she forgot But when l went to pay l was told l could not use my gift card Due to a special offer…..l am applaud The gift was paid using money so therefore should be used in your store I didn’t receive all parts to the treatment because l am undergoing cancer treatment and l didn’t Query that I had to pay, and now l have a gift card which l need to use But l will NOT be returning after l use it Very dissatisfied

The room was very cold The therapist did not work on the area I requested (left shoulder) I could feel the therapists nails during the massage
