I had a pedicure and it looks like the solution used for the heels got onto other parts of my feet and has irritated the areas. Your staff should take better care in how they do their work. I have a function on Sunday and unfortunately my feet will be looking not that great. The service was provided on Monday 28/11 and this photo taken today 3/12. This is only one photo but I have these marks on other areas of both feet. I was only able to upload one photo.

Although Jessica (I think that was her name) was really nice and friendly, I asked 4 times to reduce the pressure as it was a pregnancy massage. I felt as if I had to keep asking but the pressure was risen after a few strokes. Also, her nails were long occasionally pinching and scratching my skin which hurt. The environment was lovely, and so was Jessica, however my experience wasn’t so comfortable.

Nice treatment staff lovely but l didn’t receive a foot massage which was part of the treatment.

I had a hot stone massage. The massage was great, the therapist asked about the pressure and heat etc which was good service. I was promised a head/scalp massage but was left very underwhelmed when I did not receive one. Especially when I told the therapist it the part of the treatment I love the most. The music in the room was too loud, but relaxing but would have been better softer. Also those neon lights in the room I found not so calming. Overall for the price I paid I would have to rate the treatment a 5/10. I hope you take these comments on board, as I feel your day spa is a perfect little retreat for the locals!

The room was cold, she started 10mins late but finished me 10mins earlier then she should. I expected the massage to be a deep tissue but it wasn't.

While the overall environment was lovely and relaxing, I didn’t feel that my session hit the spot for me. Unfortunately, the message missed the right pressure and attention given to each area at the right amount of time.
