Another heavenly experience at BOR. Absolutely no complaints! However, I feel that the experience of booking with a virtual receptionist is not in keeping with the open, friendly ethos of your company. It is a cumbersome, impersonal method of booking or changing appointments and if a first time customer were to be confronted by this VR, I would be unsurprised if they did not engage. BOR has always prided itself on its friendly, welcoming atmosphere, something I have experienced many times; I fear this innovation doesn’t meet your high expectations. When you have receptionists at the desk, I can’t really see the sense of using AI in this manner. Surely it should be one or the other. Nothing has taken away from the wonderful Hydrate and Tone facial I had today, but it’s disappointing to see your company choose this path forward.
