The experience was disappointing. Firstly I had a therapist who was not fully qualified. I was shocked when the therapist said she wasn’t fully qualified, then to be charged $190 when the website showed $145 when we booked it. My friend Anita had the email confirmation that showed the $145 price and yet the girl at the register did not accept this. We both paid $190 each and left. Ruined the experience. Recommend not over charging, especially for staff who are not qualified
