Treatment was not quite an hour. I was asked to wait in corridor between sauna and facial. Then asked to wait in nice waiting area. Lady came to ask my nameehen she came back second time to check my next appointmen. Whenpaying lady saidit was 8 minutes I had waited with certainty. I can’t accept this was correct as I had checked clock-during treatment.

For price I paid I felt my beauty therapist was quite inexperienced which really impacted my session. I told my therapist I was trying to conceive- to which she replied I don’t really know what to do. Which worried me. I asked for a firm massage when asked. I received a very light massage. I understand everyone needs to learn but I think it’s probably not best learning when performing a more in-depth treatment. On that note, my therapists manner and kindness was absolutely divine. She was very thoughtful. It’s not been easy leaving the above feedback, it’s more a note to management to take more care - train your staff etc.

Some hair was left on my face after facial waxing. I think the lights need to be brighter in the treatment rooms as this is a common occurrence and an inconvenience to come back to get it removed properly.

My therapist was lovely and kind however my eyebrows needed fixing once I left. I went out for dinner that night and 2 people commented on the state of them. Although it was recommended I grow them out it barely looked like they were waxed, I had to ask the therapist to wax more after looking in the mirror. I was aware they were uneven to begin with but I left and they were worse, no waxing at the top either and I had to ask for them to be trimmed, a little disappointed as the environment is simply beautiful there

I’m really disappointed with the quality of the manicure I received yesterday. For the cost of the service the quality is not up to standard. The shellac polish looks like blobs on my nails the thickness is uneven and there is still some remnants of the previous shellac colour. I’m honestly embarrassed about my nails. I understand that I probably should of mentioned this at the time but Karli is so lovely and I didn’t want to upset her especially as I know that the salon was extremely busy after lockdown.

My massage was ok but not great. I’ve had many other much better relaxation massages at BOR where l have been very happy. Not this time. 😟 There were too many extended pauses where I was not getting massaged. For $175 for an hour, it was not value for money I’m afraid. Very disappointed.
