Had a pedicure yesterday, it was ok but not worth the money. Had a waxing today, Christal was very friendly but I walked out with my clothes stuck to me. I felt like I popsicle sticky all over. Not the best feeling to have after being waxed. Regards Ian

I am usually very happy here but this time the staff member was not of the usual standard. When getting my eyebrows done she did not hold the skin tight which has left very noticeable bruising & swelling. I have had my eyebrows waxed for years & this is a first. Very disappointing & I don’t think I’ll risk going back.

For the first time since coming to BoR since it opened about 30 years I've felt disappointed with service. Making me cross actually thinking about it. I wasn't going to say anything but saw this feedback form... Paying $100 for a pedicure which needed to be fixed before I left the store and truly I could have got the same at any local nailshop. It was rushed, 1 min massage each leg.... Painful at times, appeared to struggle in knowing how to cut nails... I've never put in a complaint in fact opposite with BoR.... Appreciate the process are above Average but willing to pay this because of the quality of service.not this time. Made to feel an inconvenience for asking to wait for my nails to be dry enough to leave. It's not my fault my appt was made at a time(last of evening). When i asked to wait, was huffed at because it's 8pm and we're closed. Said I needed only 10 mins... When checked nails there were very noticeable blobs. Asked for it to be fixed. To avoid this, I could have been told this wasn't a good colour/product and I would have happily changed. OK, I'm going to stop now as feel like I'm venting. Maybe it's a case of wrong place, wrong time but I've definitely decided to go elsewhere for peds/meds and will reconsider other services. Thanks for your time,

Beauty on Rose continuously cancel appointments, which is very annoying considering they pester you with a phone call the day before to confirm you're coming. My eyebrows look terrible. Don't waste your time or money.

Being in the beauty industry myself I came in for a facial To treat myself and unfortunately I was very disappointed at the lack of professionalism , knowledge and over all Experience at beauty on rose from hearing the therapists phone buzzing to not getting the full treatment I was told I’d be receiving was really disappointing I will not be returning to beauty on rose.

You advertise an indulge with champagne and no champagne was offered. My daughter paid a lot of money for this and she’s not happy as this is false advertising and this is why she booked this to think it was something special but it’s not. Very poor service and so expensive. I would like a refund
