I’m not in the habit of feedback, as this service is all round professional and always exemplary! Today I need to mention a couple of therapists who were excellent ! Imogen was extremely professional and I thoroughly enjoyed my facial. She listened to concerns I had and adapted her technique. It was a positive experience ! Very knowledgeable and caring. Makes all the difference! Also Yam, who completed my new colour shellac was careful, paid attention to detail and had a great colour suggestion, which I took and was super happy with ! Well done!
