I used a voucher for a massage but arrived at the old location which was printed on the voucher. This resulted in me being late for my appointment and unfortunately my session was cut slightly short which I was unable to receive the head massage at the end of the treatment which is personally what completes the massage experience for me. It would have been beneficial for my therapist to advise me at the start that I wouldn’t be offered my full treatment.

Overall I had lovely treatments and service from my first time with Jazelle. Unfortunately with my shellac removal my index finger was filed down so thin it was almost painful and as a result is almost down to the skin underneath, which is super sensitive - see photo. My massage was amazing, however I could feel her long fingernails at some parts which was distracting but overall it was a great treatment.

The facial itself was wonderful. The products smelled divine and felt luxurious on my skin. Between the gentle exfoliation, moisturising serums, and heavenly facial massage, my skin felt instantly rejuvenated, hydrated, and smoother than it has in ages. What I appreciated most was the attention to detail and the personalized care – it didn’t feel like a routine treatment, but rather a holistic experience designed just for me.
