I have always found beauty on rose very convenient however I tried a couple of times to call and book in an appointment and the new AI booking system was awful. It constantly repeated what I said and took a very long time to get to the booking part. It got my email address and details incorrect. I asked to speak to someone and it confirmed someone would call and no one ever did. This happened twice. I ended up booking on line however I wanted to request a booking with my last therapist and I don’t know who that was. I nearly booked elsewhere as I was getting very frustrated with the process. This will put me off booking again if I have a similar experience next time
