Jo provided excellent support during my consultation. She was not only professional but also personable, making me feel comfortable discussing my concerns. She took the time to explain the different treatment options in detail, ensuring that I understood the reasoning behind each one. What impressed me the most was that she didn't try to sell me any unnecessary products or treatments.
