Just some feedback: The music in the waxing room is too repetitive. Relaxing music is important, but not on repeat. My experience at BoR is always very good!

This is not my first visit to the beautiful Beauty on Rose, and once again, I was pampered with professionalism by an experienced staff. If you’re fussy like me and looking for A to Z pampering, this is the perfect place to go. Highly recommend, and thanks again to the amazing team at Beauty on Rose! 🩷

Sienna was great with offering advice on what treatment my skin needed and was able to offer great advice for future products/ recommendations for my skin. Beauty on Rose always offer wonderful costumer service and I would recommend them to anyone

I spoke with the front desk following my appointment to provide some feedback. Whilst the therapist was a lovely person, the service was not to the standard or quality I have received previously. I was very unhappy with the overall experience ant the time and ended up with a sore neck and shoulders afterward.

I was disappointed with the body treatment. I expected to experience a luxurious and rich skin feel at the end of the treatment. I was also hoping to just slip into my evening dress for my black tie event but that was not possible with all the dead skin left on my skin. I had to shower at home to wash away the peel, the product build up. In hindsight, I wish I hadn’t done the facial at the same time as the body treatment. There was a bit of overlapping and doubling up of services. I am only providing this feedback as constructive criticism and not as an angry, hateful customer. I will be back. All the best.
