I booked in for the hydrate and tone facial. Whilst the facial itself was pleasant, it’s advertised on the website that it includes a neck and shoulder massage and I did not receive that. I received a head massage but my neck and shoulders were not touched. Unsure if therapist didn’t know it was included or if they decided to not give that part of the treatment.
