The areas are a little old and worn In my room the bin lid was broken, the floor towel was stained and their was damage on the wall. The service of staff is exceptional but i think a face lift could be helpful. The actual float experience was wonderful, just a few small attention to detail needed. Thanks

I was very disappointed with my recent visit. My beauty therapist kept me waiting for 20 minutes after my appointment time to begin. I was told my service would not be cut short, however the team were cleaning the room around me before my appointment had finished and the music had been turned off with at least 10 minutes left of my treatment time. I had helped out and paid before my treatment so was not offered a discount or anything. For the price I paid I was really upset with the service I received. The treatment itself was fine, but I did not appreciate being kept waiting or having my treatment interrupted by the team cleaning around me. I did pass on my feedback to my beauty therapist upon leaving, and she said my feedback would be passed on - but I haven’t heard anything back.

Karol was so thorough and genuinely cared about the waxing and what to do with caring for particular areas. We discussed some treatments but mostly her attention to detail was outstanding. She is very good at what she does. She is also a beautiful lady - and that makes all the difference.
