Entering B on R was a wonderful experience! All the staff were very professional and helpful. My treatment was excellent! My session was informative.I felt very comfortable and enjoyed my treatment. I have had this treatment elsewhere and was very disappointed. But not at Beauty on Rose. I felt like I was in Aladdin’s cave when I saw all the things I could buy!! The products, the fragrances outstanding!!! I will return…❤️

Because I told the beautician I had never booked an eyebrow sculpt before and didn’t know how it differed from an eyebrow wax/tidy, I expected an explanation. At the time of booking I had been told the eyebrow sculpt took longer than a normal eyebrow shape. I expected a discussion with the beautician about what options there were for my eyebrows, perhaps be shown some images, or asked about my preferences, but nothing like that happened. I was really disappointed with the outcome. I mentioned a concern that there could possibly be more arching and the beautician did a further tiny action that made almost no difference. I felt that as she had made no effort at all to discuss the process or enquire about what I wanted, it made me just want to walk away quietly. I didn’t feel special and I don’t like how my eyebrows now look :(

Luxurious experience! However, I paid 50 minutes and it ended early with 40-45 minutes. Besides the timing, it was not worth the money because the treatment was more of a scalp massage than facial. The jade roller was only for 2-5 minutes. She also spent more time to wrap my hair and just leave the mask on my face, or prepare for her next step. I believe she took off my hair wrap thinking the facial was over, realised there was some time left, and put it back on and used the rest of the time to scalp massage. Meaning 30-50% of the time was a true facial making it feel very short and not professional. I didn’t really feel hydrated afterwards either. Maybe I chose the wrong treatment routine, but I will not be coming back.

I had a lovely experience, however I did feel like it was a little cool towards the second half of my treatment. I also was not given any skincare advice after my facial.

Received a Birthday gift card and booked a relaxing facial. Treatment was so relaxing and soothing. Felt very pampered, would definitely return to Beauty on Rose.
